AS
Treatment is a special physical treatment to smooth the surface and
inner roughness of cast metal regardless of its form. It can also be
effectively utilized as a complementary process to improve the hardness
and yield strength. Inner roughness of cast metal can now be smoothed
in every part as shown in these photos. The main expected effects of
AS Treatment are:
- Improved engine performance with increased air intake efficiency.
- Improved fatigue strength with increased surface hardness.
- Improved yield ratio of exterior components (painting, coating, etc.)
